It’s been a while since I’ve written last – roughly two months to be exact! It’s been an interesting summer for sure and I’ve learned a lot about myself and my work. In my last post, I talked about the importance of nutrition when it comes to feeling your best and I spent a good portion of the last two months digging in even more deeply to correct nutrient deficiencies for myself and my family and the results were nothing short of amazing.
What I did not anticipate was that correcting my nutrient deficiencies would set my intuition on fire (literally) and drastically improve my ability to manifest what I wanted for myself.
That’s not to say I wasn’t getting clear guidance before, because I was, but now it’s even clearer than it was and my life is all that more guided and coordinated by Spirit, which I have absolutely no complaints about.
Believe it or not, there is a HUGE connection between nutrition, intuition and your ability to manifest successfully, and I was my own proof of that over the last couple of months without realizing that’s what was happening. I’ve spoken briefly before about the importance of feeling good each day as a way to set a strong foundation to create and manifest what you desire for your life. That couldn’t be more true. But the reason why goes back to understanding how the science of our bodies connects us back to Spirit.
The neurotransmitters in your body are responsible for how you feel each day. Serotonin, for example, is responsible for feelings of happiness, and dopamine is responsible for motivation and feelings of reward. There are many neurotransmitters in the body, all of which are responsible for communication throughout the body in different ways. Not only do they communicate within the body, sending messages to various parts of the body and brain to signal responses within the body, but they also assist you in sending messages outward to the Universe about what we want to create.
If your neurotransmitters are not at optimal levels, you will not be sending out the appropriate messages to the world around you and you will not attract what you truly desire back to yourself. As a result, ensuring your neurotransmitters are in balance and doing what they are supposed to is essential to successful manifestation.
Believe it or not, this directly relates to nutrition in the body because there are many nutrients we need each day in order to produce the optimal level of neurotransmitters in the body. Magnesium, for example, is required for the synthesis of dopamine and serotonin, and many, many individuals are low on Magnesium. This is understandable, considering the fact that it happens to be one of the first minerals to leave your body when under stress or due to a poor diet, which is indicative of today’s stressful, fast-paced world.
The value of identifying and correcting these kinds of deficiencies in the body cannot be understated.
Imbalances in your body should always be a top priority to correct to allow yourself the greatest chance possible at getting yourself “in the flow” of abundance … the abundant flow of energy and connection to Spirit that is the very basis of everything and constantly moving through everything.
Every thought you have, every choice you make, every action you take should always be directed toward getting yourself into “your own unique flow” … whatever that means for YOU … being whomever you were designed to be and NOT being afraid to show it.
